Supplement Fact Guide is an independent editorial site covering how supplement labels are regulated, what must be disclosed, and the techniques used to disclose as little as legally possible. We write for anyone trying to work out whether a Supplement Facts panel is telling them the whole story.
What we do
Most Supplement Facts panel explainers content online is a press release with a byline, or the same few sources rewritten. We work more narrowly: one question at a time, read against the research, stating where the evidence is strong, where it is preliminary, and where it does not exist.
What we are not
- We do not sell, manufacture or ship any product.
- We do not accept payment for a positive review, and no brand approves our copy before publication.
- We are not a clinic. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
